  • The L.A. City Council voted in favor of studying ways to permit cyclists to ride on the concrete channel of the L.A. River between Elysian Valley and Maywood, according to L.A. Now.
  • An 811-square-foot Echo Park bungalow remodeled by architect Barbara Bestor – author of Bohemian Modern: Living in Silver Lake – has gone up for sale at $599,000, reports Curbed L.A.
