Atwater Village shooting leaves two injured

ATWATER VILLAGE —  A possible gang-related shooting tonight left two men wounded, with the suspects seen fleeing into the L.A. River bed, according to L.A. Now. The shooting was reported at about 6:35 p.m in the 2900 block of Ingledale Terrace. Police told L.A Now that they were looking for a gold SUV but had no other details.

  2. What we have here is a shooting. A shooting happens when one person with a gun shoots another person. The person shot, may or may not have a gun.

    Atwater is such a lovely neighborhood, many of the house flips are fantastic, it wont be long before the gang element is completely wiped out, home sale prices are just too enticing for long term owners and landlords.

  4. Agreed. Recently bough on the border of Atwater and Glassell. The gangs will be priced out one flip at a time. Sad for the hard working Latino community but in the end better for safety and they can still hang on to their homes. Their property taxes will just start to go up.
