The aftermath of a York Boulevard crash

GLASSELL PARK –  The photos of a Ford Bronco taken by a Glassell Park resident show the results of a crash that took place at about 3.am. Saturday morning in the 3800 block of York Boulevard  near Verdugo Road.  A sedan hit the Bronco, which was parked on the street from behind and slid under the SUV, pushing the Bronco  into another parked car, according to a resident who collected details about the crash from neighbors.

“The woman driver[of the sedan]  was lying horizontally across the front seats and was unresponsive,” said the resident in an email. “It was not until paramedics  removed her from the vehicle that she screamed. She sustained injuries to the leg(s?) which prompted her pants to be cut and her to be bandaged on the spot. I understood that she was transported to the hospital.”
