  • What was up with that police chopper over Highland Park last night?  A robbery suspect fled from officers, prompting a search near El Paso Drive and Toland Way. The suspect was apprehended during the search that involved the LAPD airship and K-9 unit.  LAPD Northeast Division

  1. We must protest to stop our derelict buildings that take up entire city blocks from disappearing! We need those falling-apart buildings to stay empty to stop the tide of gentrification! Also, rents are too high and we will continue to do everything we can to fight against new apartment and home developments from being built!

  2. A car hit a pedestrian last night at the intersection of Glendale Blvd & Laveta Terrace around 10pm — any news on the condition of the person? It didn’t look good.
