13-year-old arrested in fatal East L.A. stabbing; a locals-only Highland Park homeless encampment; Metro “starting over” on Mariachi Plaza development

  • A 13-year-old boy was arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 14-year-old outside an East L.A. middle school. ABC7
