The three-bedroom home on a corner lot sold for $408,000 in 2013. After being “completely redone” almost two years ago, the same property went up for sale last November at $520,000 before a sale was completed this month for a few thousand dollars over asking.

The sales price included not only a three-bedroom, Spanish Colonial home but a one-bedroom back unit with a separate yard.

Glassell Park

A three-bedroom, century-old bungalow is described as in “need of a Rehab,” which might explain the $50,000 price cut.

Highland Park

  • Listed at $325,000
  • Sold for $351,000

An empty lot just off York Boulevard comes with plans for a nearly 2,000-square-foot house or you can build a duplex, according to the listing.

A two-bedroom Spanish Colonial is situated on a large, approximately 13,000-square-foot lot with a deck, terraces, fire pit and courtyard.
