  1. effects of AB109 and Prop47.
    Build more prisons.
Remove people who cannot handle living in a civilized society, so the rest of us can live in peace.

    • Yeah… more prisons. Just what this country needs!

      • apparently we do

        • Or, apparently we do not – given that the expansion of the prison system, the war on drugs, and arming police forces like special ops has had the opposite of the desired effect over the past 30 or 40 years.

          • Arming police like special ops?? You a fool. Police have to adapt with the crime. The age of 9 mm and 22 are done. Criminals are getting ahold of AKs and ARs. Cops need to adapt to what they are fighting against.

    • If only it worked like that.

    • Waste of limited resources… it costs the taxpayer roughly $47k to keep one person in prison for a year. A lot of that money could be spent more wisely on education, job training and addiction programs to keep people out of the situations that lead to crime. More carrot, less stick.

  2. Better to send in the troops here instead of fighting ISIS. Let those over there fight ISIS, we need to remove the THUGS from our home!
