Edendale post office gets a touch up

ECHO PARK -- Workers this week are giving the shabby-looking Edendale post office, which serves much of Echo Park and Silver Lake, a new coat of white paint and repairing the panels that had peeled off the walls and left to dangle off the side of the Alvarado Street building for several months. It's a relatively minor makeover but any improvement is welcome.
