Music & art space headed to Elysian Valley

ELYSIAN VALLEY — As a teenager, singer and songwriter Mia Todd used to practice at her father’s art studio in Elysian Valley near the L.A. River. Now, Todd is returning to the neighborhood to open a performance space and cafe with her husband and a partner involved in a former New York music and art venue known as Zebulon.
