  1. I witnessed an accident at this intersection around the same time about a year ago, clearly something needs to be done to fix this intersection.

    • Yeah because it’s the roads fault. Humans are never to blame. Terrible drivers are never to blame. It’s always the road. I drive through this intersection at least four times a week. There’s nothing wrong with the road. There aren’t any blind spots. It’s people coming off the freeway still thinking they’re on the freeway. People thinking they’re in some back park road where they can fly. But mostly it’s just full of human beings driving and that’s the worst.

      • HB is right. There is nothing wrong with the road. The intersection even has arrows. The problem is people refuse to obey the rules of the road.

    I can’t believe he’s not wearing a helmet”

  3. I blame the Rowena road diet.

  4. Not sure if the intersection is to blame, but yes this is a “tricky” left, as riverside turns out of your view. The left turn arrow is short and spotty as well, sometimes gives you the arrow, and other times you must yield. Routinely lots of broken glass and crunchy bits spread everywhere! Put the phone away and focus!

  5. What’s Elysian valley? You mean Frogtown?

  6. Sanitation was first on the scene not LAFD!!!!
