BOYLE HEIGHTS -- With the exception of tiny Art's Coffee Shop and a few other spots, there is little in the way of restaurants within walking distance of the thousands of workers, students and visitors at County USC-Medical Center and the adjacent USC Health Sciences Campus. Now it looks like Art's is going to get some competition. The developers of a 200-room Hyatt House hotel and conference center on the campus property are seeking a sit-down restaurant.
