Lincoln Heights gets a farmers’ market; Glassell Park students learn about water-saving landscapes

  • A grand opening will be held today, Wednesday, June 3, for the Lincoln Heights Certified Farmers Market at Daly and Broadway streets in the parking lot behind the 99 cent store. The market will be held from 3 pm to 7 pm.
  • Students at the L.A. River School in Glassell Park are learning about and applying water-saving techniques in the campus garden. ABC7
