Time Out says Sqirl’s the spot for breakfast; Silver Lake tattoo shops named LA’s best; Why is Alfred Coffee on Sunset closed?

Time Out New York announced that Sqirl in East Hollwood is one of the best breakfast restaurants in America. The magazine praised the Jessica Koslow operation for its prized jams made on-site, sorrel pesto and radishes and sheep’s-milk and feta cheeses. With all of the positive press, it’s no surprise that Koslow trademarked her emerging enterprise, Sqirl, particularly since the jams are now available online, and with the coming of Koslow's second space, Sqirl Away.
