Rowena Road Diet traffic and anger spill over into side streets

Coyote attacks girl in Elysian Park; the westward migration of a Boyle Heights statue; Gold Line trains back to normal

MORNING REPORT: A three-year-old girl was bitten in the neck by a coyote while she was in a playground in Elysian Park. Two coyotes were later trapped and euthanized but DNA evidence indicated that neither animal had bitten the girl ....
