    The high pitch sound is actually around the 1700 block of Morton Ave. It is most often around 4:30 PM when it starts. It’s quite annoying. I was thinking it might be a pet bird that starts up when the owner either arrives or leave the house. I hope it isn’t a child because that would be disturbing. Whatever it is, it needs looking into. Has anyone call the city? 311?
