El SERENO — More than a dozen motor vehicles were broken into or stolen during the past week in El Sereno, according to CrimeMapping.com.  Most of the crimes were burglaries and thefts from motor vehicles, with a cluster of crimes taking places between Collis Avenue and Monterey Road. Three more crimes – two break-ins and a stolen vehicle – were reported along Warwick Avenue.

  1. Cars in Monterey Hills (above from El Sereno) are also being broken into. We had one in our complex last night. Took garage clicker to building, handicap sign & car registration along with other items.
