ECHO PARK — The bodies of two “severely decomposed” men were discovered inside an Echo Park apartment on Wednesday night in the 300 block of Patton Street, according to the LAPD and L.A. County Coroner.

The bodies were discovered at about 10 p.m., according to LAPD spokesman Matthew Ludwig. He said there was no evidence of foul play, and the matter has been turned over to the coroner for investigation.

The coroner has identified one of the men as 30-year-old Jesus Oceguda. The cause of death, however, has not been determined.

The Los Feliz Ledger reported that the men were dicovered by the apartment manager.
