Flippers double their money in Highland Park and Mt. Washington; Atwater home under construction sells for $900k

Flippers are making healthy returns on the Eastside. Remodeled homes in Highland Park and Mount Washington sold for about $300,000 more than they sold nine months ago and a new Atwater home that was put for sale while still under construction sold for $900,000. Several multi-family units have sold recently on the Eastside, including a 20-unit building in Glassell Park that went for $3,350,000.
