  1. I’m going out on a limb and being judgemental, but did the witnesses just stand there and watch as the 5ft tall hit-and-run driver removed his license plates? Seems like a good opportunity to tackle the little boracho.

  2. This is not surprising. I myself have come perilously close to hitting pedestrians crossing there at night. That crosswalk needs crossing lights NOW.

  3. Lol he is 5 feet tall? No wonder he hit a pedestrian he probably couldn’t see over the wheel!
