  • Got a wall that is at least 11-feet tall, 23-feet wide and faces an East L.A. Freeway? Then it might be a potential new home for Mujer Del Este De Los Angeles  (Lady of the Eastside), a Boyle Heights mural that was once visible from the 101 Freeway and is being restored and relocated. EGP News
  • A community celebration is scheduled to be held today for $1 million worth of improvements, including a new jogging trail, outdoor fitness equipment and updated ball courts, at Hazard Park.  The improvements were funded through a deal with the neighboring USC Health Sciences Medical Campus.
