Teen stabbed to death in East L.A.; Eagle Rock High gets a quake warning system

  • A 17-year-old male was fatally stabbed in the 5000 block of Whittier Boulevard Friday night. The victim, who was stabbed in the upper torso, was pronounced dead at a hospital.  LASD
  • An earthquake early warning system has been installed in a science classroom at Eagle Rock High, which is the first public school in the country to be equipped with a ShakeAlert. ABC7
