One injured in Highland Park house fire

HIGHLAND PARK —  One adult was injured in a fire that broke out this morning in a three-story home in the 100 block of S. Avenue 59, the LAFD reported.

It took firefighters about 45 minutes to put out the blaze, which began at about 8 a.m. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
