LADWP truck
LINCOLN HEIGHTS — LADWP crews this morning are working to restore power to more than 1,800 utility customers in Lincoln Heights. Electrical service is not expected to be fully restored until 6:30 p.m.

“The outage started around 8:45 a.m. and it looks like it might be related to a transformer” said agency spokeswoman Kim Hughes. “Our crew is working to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.”
