Prices on more than a dozen homes, condos, apartments and other Eastside properties dropped during the past week. Here are some examples, followed by a breakdown by neighborhood:
- Eagle Rock: Fully renovated 1900s Craftsman with three bedrooms and some original hardwood flooring now sells for $888,000 – a $20,000 drop from earlier this month.
- Boyle Heights: The price has dropped more than $50,000 over the last three weeks – more than 14% – on this 3-bedroom home. Now $299,900.
- El Sereno: This 4-bedroom house just dropped another $22,000. Cathedral ceilings, lots of space, lots of parking – now $446,888.
