Powerless in your neighborhood? High winds knock out electrical service

Crews with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power are working to restore electrical service to about 23,000 customers as high winds the raked the area this morning.

Here’s a list of some of the biggest outages as reported by the agency at 11 am:
