Prices on more than a dozen homes, condos, apartments and other Eastside properties dropped during the past week. Here are some examples, followed by a breakdown by neighborhood:
- East Los Angeles (City Terrace): Downhill vacant lot that has been nearly approved for a 1,870-square-foot house. Price on the lot has been reduced by $20,000 (nearly 14 percent) to $125,000.
- Highland Park: Price just dropped $200,000 for 11 condo units in the same building. All are currently rented out and come with 2-car garages and private rooftop terraces. $5.5 million.
- Echo Park: $50,000 reduction on a 1,176-square-foot fixer-upper with an unfinished basement. Now $749,000.
