One dead after vehicle slams into Boyle Heights taco stand

BOYLE HEIGHTS — One person was killed and nine injured after a vehicle crashed into a portable taco stand tonight in the 300 block of S. Clarence Street, according to the L.A. Fire Department.

The crash that was reported at  9:25 p.m left two persons in critical condition and a third with a minor injury. The other six who were hurt declined to be transported to a hospital, according to LAFD.

ABC 7 reports that a Nissan Altima crashed into people in front of the taco stand as well as nearby parked vehicles.
