Eagle Rock Music Festival to showcase neighborhood vibe

EAGLE ROCK -- The 17th annual Eagle Rock Music Festival is making its comeback on August 20 after being postponed last year. The event, which has booked 35 acts, is among the largest free music festivals in Los Angeles and is expected to attract 70,000 people.
