Commissioners to vote on $12.5 million for Elysian Park; freeway fantasia for Echo Park & Silver Lake

    “improvements” on the SR2 spur. too bad that the East Coast “designer” did not investigate the over 20 years that the citizens of Echo Park have invested in that project. and as to the “design”–my mama taught me that it was not nice to masturbate in public.
