Holiday season and Santa roll into Highland Park

HIGHLAND PARK —  Sunny skies and cool weather made for perfect parade watching on Sunday afternoon as The 72nd Annual Northeast L.A. Gomez in, Huizar out of Eastside congressional race; patient records breached at Boyle Heights hospital; blaze breaks out in Echo Park attic
