So many potholes; ideas wanted for Sixth Street Bridge park; congressional candidates campaign for endorsements

MORNING REPORT: Blame the Rain: The Bureau of Street Services says that the number of requests to fill potholes rose from an average of 30 a day to an average of 120 in January ... The city is seeking ideas and input from the public for the design of the 12-acre park that will be built below the new Sixth Street bridge ....
