  • Police are investigating a possible sexual assault that took place Saturday night, Feb. 25, in the 4800 block of Figueroa Street near Sycamore Park in Highland Park. Detective Lisa Governo with the LAPD’s Northeast Division told The Eastsider that the victim is a woman in her 30s. No further information was available, and the investigation into the incident continues.

  1. There are people who are literally homeless because of Mitch O’Ferrall… They had good rent control homes but Mitch decided to back out of area corporations over people. Then he backs a bills making it illegal feed the homeless and to sleep in your car! I personally know someone who fell asleep in his car after a long day of work and the cops handcuff’d him and searched his car! This is unAmerican. Mitch is a limo-democrat who pushes fascist nanny state legislation over liberty and common sense. Please vote for anyone but Mitch. Ditch Mitch, he’s the worst!
