Lost in Highland Park: Shy and non-aggressive Chihuahua

eastside animals button small

MY Chihuahua Bernice ran off in Highland Park at 11:30 Saturday night 04/08 near Ave. 52 and Figueroa. She never leaves the yard. I walked away from my yard for 5 minutes to check out an accident on the street, and when I returned the neighbors told me she bolted behind the house. People have seen her running around the neighborhood. I continue to constantly search, post on local forums and flyer/poster constantly. She is my favorite thing on earth, the light of my life and best friend is gone.

Found small white poodle mix in hills of Echo Park.

  2. As someone who spent 7 years as a volunteer saving abandoned and lost pits and chis at North Central it pains me that people are still so irresponsible to have dogs loose or without tags or walked unleashed. I got hundreds of dogs out but I knew hundreds more that got lead to the back killed and stuffed into a barrel. People of NELA: get a clue. Take better care of your animals for Christ’s sake
