It’s still the GHETTO
Maybe “STILL THE GHETTO ” but like in San Francisco it will soon change. Ghetto people won’t be able to afford living here anymore and will eventually be pushed out by Gentrification. I’ve seen it plenty of times to think otherwise . Soon, art museums will begin to appear and patrons will begin to discover the hidden beauty of El Sereno. The hills are hidden gems with outstanding views. Home prices are climbing higher. Bought my hillside home a decade ago for 88,000. Now it’s worth 380,000. My area is changing day by day. You see hikers and bird watchers walking up the hills towards Ascot Hills Park, also with great hiking trails. El Sereno is becoming the new Silver Lake.
Please ! really ! if you want to get rob or shot at night .
Mario is just bitter he can’t afford buying a home in El Sereno.
