  1. This post is misleading and untrue. The Planning Commission’s review has NOT been delayed, it’s already been released and is available to download on the Curbed website.

    They wholly recommend that the project be approved!

    The Developer and their lobbying firm Three6ixty have asked for a “Continuance” – that is to say that if there is opposition to the project on April 20th, the city won’t be forced to reject the project. They can give the developer more time to present a different project.
