Suspect arrested in killings of Lincoln Heights women [updated]

LINCOLN HEIGHTS —  A man suspected of killing and sexually assaulting two Lincoln Heights women six years ago has been arrested with the help of DNA evidence, the LAPD announced today. Search is on for armed robbery suspect in Cypress Park [updated]

CYPRESS PARK — Residents are being advised to stay inside as police search for an armed robbery suspect. The LAPD has sealed off the area near Cypress and Thorpe avenues as they conduct a search.
