Not sure who to reach out to but there was dog that looked very much like Chavelo on the side of the 110s a little south of Ave. 52 this morning (Wednesday), unfortunately looked like he had been hit by a car and had passed away. The dog stood out to me because he still had a collar on and didn’t look like a stray. Same color, same build, collar was the same color as the photo in the KTLA article.
