Echo Park noodle drive-in?; Sunset Boulevard wine bar scene; Dough Box grows in El Sereno

Heard of a noodle drive-in? The owners of Silver Lake Ramen may be as close as you’ll get to such an experience with Silver Lake Ramen 2 Go, a noodles-brought-to-your-car concept. According to Eater LA, customers can order ahead and have their meals delivered to their car after pulling into the strip mall parking lot (good luck finding a space).

The point is to relieve the crowds from Silver Lake Ramen, which is about a mile west. Silver Lake Ramen 2 Go is set to open before the end of June and takes over the former Miyako Japanese restaurant space on the corner of Sunset and Rosemont in Echo Park.
