ATWATER VILLAGE —  A man died after jumping out of a moving car during an argument with his girlfriend Wednesday night, police said.

The couple was arguing while they were driving down the 4200 block of Edenhurst Avenue at about 10 p.m., said Sgt. James Zboravan with the LAPD’s Northeast Division. The vehicle was moving at about 15 miles an hour when the man opened the door and jumped out of the vehicle.

The 23-year-old struck his head on the curb and was pronounced dead at the scene. No foul play is suspected in the accident, said Zboravan.
