ECHO PARK —  The steep streets of Echo Park and Elysian Heights come with their own unique warning signs for those drivers who travel mostly in the flatlands. Thanks to Noel Rogers for the his sign at the base of Baxter Street near Allesandro Street.

  1. They should post another sign noting that the uphill driver has the right of way!

  2. With most drivers coming into Echo Park because of cellphone GPS, these signs are basically useless! Somehow those cellphone GPS need to tell the drive about the steep hill of Baxter and Fargo and other streets!
