BOYLE HEIGHTS — During the last three months, the average sales price of all  homes and condos sold was $383,845,  according to Redfin.com.  The average home that sold had 2.9 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,192-square-feet of space. Homes took an average of 51.2 days to sell.

    Culminating with an invitation to consider purchasing a home in Boyle Heights(?). Something tone-deaf (if not worse) going on here.

  2. Boyle heights is not as bad as people think it is. Lived here the last 4 years. It’s definitely changing for the good. I’m noticing far less tagging and people actually walking their dogs and jogging in the evening. Yea it’s not South pasadena or brentwood, but if your a busy person always on the run like most angelenos, its definitely ideal for the price and location.
