  • Authorities will be prevented from enforcing a gang injunction against one Echo Park man who has denied being a gang-member. A federal judge said that Peter Arellano, who is part of a civil rights lawsuit challenging city gang injunctions, “is likely to establish that the city did not provide him with due process in enforcing the injunction against him.”    L.A.
