Missing Boyle Heights boy found; 51st State Assembly candidates to face off in Tuesday night debate

Toddler Found: A missing Boyle Heights toddler has been turned over to U.S. authorities at a border crossing in the San Diego area. Police believe that the father of Noe Reyna abducted the boy and took him to Mexico after a judge ordered the toddler to be put in protective custody. Officials are seeking to extradite the father, Carlos Ivan Reyna, from Mexico to face charges. CBS2 & L.A. Times

Debate51st Assembly District candidates Wendy Carrillo and Luis Lopez will participate in a debate on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at Cal State L.A. in El Sereno. The debate will be held two weeks before the Dec. 5 runoff election. The 51st Assembly District covers most of the Eastside, stretching from Echo Park and Silver Lake on the west, Eagle Rock and Highland Park on the north and El Sereno and unincorporated East Los Angeles on the east.  Associated Students
