Eagle Rock brush fire; Amelia Earhart’s missing car found in El Sereno; Moby selling Los Feliz Tudor for $4.5 million

Fire: Firefighters with the assistance of water-dropping aircraft knocked down a quarter-acre grass fire in Eagle Rock that began near the 2 Freeway and Colorado Boulevard on Monday afternoon. The fire scorched an area near homes but no damage or injuries were reported. LAFD

Car Recovered: Legendary aviator Amelia Earhart is still missing but one of her cars, a 1932 Hudson Essex Terraplane, was recovered in El Sereno.  The vehicle, which had a value of at least $250,000,  was found on the street near Alhambra Avenue and Lombardy Boulevard. It has been reported stolen last week from an industrial center in Orange County.  CBS 2

For Sale: Moby has put a Tudor-style home in Los Feliz on the market at an asking price of $4.5 million. The electronic music DJ and artist  purchased the 5-bedroom, 7-bath home in 2016 for $3.4 million. L.A. Times
