“Meth Burrito” bust in Angeleno Heights; actress’ sister goes missing in Silver Lake; homeless arrests increased

Burrito Run: Officers who stopped a vehicle at Boston Street and Edgeware Road in Angeleno Heights on Saturday night recovered a handgun, large amounts of cash and 14-foiled wrapped “burritos” that contained about 25 pounds of methamphetamine. ABC7

Missing Woman: Actress Arielle Kebbel is asking the public to help find her 36-year-old sister, Julia, who was last seen on Wednesday night walking her dog in Silver Lake. The LAPD says Julia Kebbel was last seen in the 1900 block of Golden Gate Avenue.  My News LA

Arrests: The arrests of homeless people in the city jumped 31% between 2011 and 2016 to about 14,000. The vast majority of the arrests were for low-level crimes, with the most common being failure to appear in court for an unpaid citations. L.A. Times
