Boyle Heights gang-related shooting leaves one man dead

Boyle Heights  — One man died after being shot Friday afternoon in what police believe is a gang-related shooting.

The victim, a Latino man in his 40s, was shot multiple times at about 4:30 pm in the 1000 block of Dundas Street near Wabash Avenue, said LAPD spokesman Mike Lopez.

The man was taken to a hospital, where he died from his wounds at 1:15 am, Lopez said.

There’s no word on the suspect or suspects.
