Prices on about three dozen homes, condos, apartments and other Eastside properties dropped during the past week. Here are some examples, followed by a breakdown by neighborhood:
- Echo Park: Price drops around $24,000 for a remodeled 3-bedroom bungalow on a 10,057-square-foot lot. $1,055,000.
- East L.A.: $185,000 cut on a 12-unit apartment building – four 1-bedroom apartments and eight studios. no rent control. Mural on the side of the building. $1,795,000.
- Lincoln Heights: A series of price drops since February, totaling $65,000, for a 2-bedroom with new foundation, roof, windows, water heater, furnace, kitchen and more. $619,900.
