School Board: East Area Progressive Democrats, a political group whose members live in Eagle Rock, Boyle Heights and other Eastside neighborhoods, claims that there were “substantial violations” of state open-meeting laws when the L.A. school board selected Aaron Beutner as the new superintendent.
