The Los Angeles LDC, a nonprofit community development financial advisory organization and Lincoln Heights Business Improvement District member, has engaged ULI Los Angeles to conduct a 2day Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) for the North Broadway corridor.
Beginning on August 2nd, the ULI team will tour North Broadway business corridor and interview local business, owners, property owners, neighborhood council leadership and other stakeholders. After completing the tour and interviews, the ULI team will analyze a very comprehensive briefing book that includes a wide array of business and land use information for the North Broadway corridor and anchor institutions from the surrounding Lincoln Heights neighborhood.
On Friday, August 3rd at 4:00PM, a presentation or summary of the TAP panel findings will be delivered to the sponsor and other collaborating organizations.
The Los Angeles LDC will use the TAP panel report to educate its banking partners, fellow BID members, local small businesses and property owners on the best practices to maintain a vibrant shopping district along the North Broadway corridor.
