Lost in Historic Filipinotown: Friendly black dog

We lost Judy on July 22, 2018. We rescued her from Taiwan where she would never have been adopted as she is not a pure breed. She slipped her collar and ran off. She is young and not familiar with cities but she is friendly and will go to someone who tries to befriend her. We got a tip that she may have been seen in the company of an older man, possibly a homeless person. There is a reward for her safe return. Judy is smaller than she looks. She weighs about 30 lbs. Judy slipped her collar in DTLA but was spotted near Filipinotown. She could be anywhere in adjacent neighborhoods if she is with someone. Please help us find her!
